i have two boxes one in burst.net datacenter and one at godaddy.
Godaddy are very slow to respond to any questions but they do reply, i would hate to issue a boot request, luckily there servers are rock solid. my server has not crashed yet despite the insane load i put on it.

i decided to get a bare bones box for my second server which is at burst.net, burst responds to tickets with in minutes. The server is much more powerful then the one at godaddy not to mention bandwidth and storage is cheaper, support is also a great improvement tickets take minutes to get answered instead of hours.

I use the planet for my dedicated servers. I've never had a problem with them. Wonderful support, great up-time, and wonderful servers.

I'll agree. I use fdcservers for my many proxy servers. They serve the purpose well and are very cheap, but not spectacular. Though, like I said, they serve the purpose and I really haven't been able to find anyone for less than twice the price who can do the same job.

If I was launching a higher margin website, I would use Steadfast.net. I used them once before. The network was solid and their management panel was good as well.
