Do you need a managed server or could it be unmanaged?

Studio, keep in mind that those servers do not appear to come with Windows Web 2003, and those prices are for a 2 year contract. Month to month they are quite a bit more. Were you looking to sign a 2 year contract? Also, their setup fee is $149. With that high of a setup, those bait and switch prices, and the fact that they are selling 5+ year old CPU's, you'll be better off with what you have.

You can definitely find a much better deal than that. I'd recommend checking out www.webhostingtalk.com - they have a dedicated server offer section filled with servers and offers that will meet if not exceed your needs and budget.

The OP asked for "Windows Server 2003 - Web Edition". That link appears to only offer linux based OS's.

Thanks everyone for help. Server4You, seems to be a quite a bad option.
Mia, your offer is good, but i got better ones,
looking4vps Godaddy is good for both, but the prices for DS are not competitive.
WiredWebWork.com thanks for the tip, i've started yesterday to digg on that forum. a really great resource, but pretty hard to check all the offerts. It took me 4 howrs to check 6 pages :)
subdivisions, alchemy is not really what i was lookin for.

Everyone else, give me your offer for minimum Core2Duo CPU, 2XHDD, Windows OS, 2GB RAM Thanks.

Serverpoint, depends on the offer, if i got a 25% reduction for 3 months maybe i will go with that, if it will be a 35% maybe 6.

Everybody seems to slate Godaddy (I have no experience of them), but if they've been reliable for you then why not upgrade the hardware with them and stick with them? They must have a better deal now as the server spec is a little old, and they might help you upgrade to a new system for free which would be a big benefit to you. Sometimes saving a few dollars isn't worth it if you're fundamentally happy where you are.

Do you have a location in mind for this server?
