    Can somebody recommend me the best dedicated server service with the most space and bandwidth under $200/month with the following...

    CPANEL/WHM, PHPMYADMIN, and AWSTATS

    If money was not a factor in this I would highly recommend Rackspace. I just switched over to them and I am simply amazed at there support and service quality.

    yeah it was between rackspace and aplus and i think im going to go with aplus for 99/month rackspace for the same one charges 400/month and that is out of my budget...

    checkout with servint. i am using their servers quite long time and they have better bandwidth / uptime and prices that fits your budget ;)
    atjeu is also good other alernative :)
