    Hello

    I am looking for a relatively cheap reliable hosting company. The cheapest i've seen is $99 for 80Gb and 3000Gb xfer per month dedicated server.

    I will use about 25% for myself and re-sell the rest.

    that's pretty good for a dedicated host.

    we use www.servermatrix.com, 2.4ghz celeron, 1 gig of ram, 1.2TB bandwidth a month, and an 80 gig HD for 79$ a month

    These guys are pretty reasonable.
    Remember when shopping for a dedicated host that there are more than one type.
    Managed servers range at around 300/month and they will put up with the same headaches that a shared hosting plan does. A plan for around 70.00/month dedicated will expect you to manage it.
