wow, I would've thought that cPanel would be near impossible cause it works by connecting to a outside server. Oh and BTW how would France allow nulled and warez? Aren't they a part of the DMCA or whatever it's called.

 

I don't know to be honest. I work for 2 people that collocate servers in buildings, and this is what they had told me.

Well, nope it isn't because they didn't really null the full system. It's the cPanel layout with a small MySQL backend, Apache and a stats program but it's not actual cPanel because it doesn't use cPanel modified components.

I suggest you ask them how this works, because otherwise you could get into trouble

4-5 days? Um usually a server doesn't take more than 24 hours...

Care to explain SeedingRules? It's just a bit suspicious because it usually takes that long to transfer money to a bank account so you could have time to run away (I'm not saying that you would!) But I'm sure you have a valid explanation

 

well its a dedicated server not a VPS.
currently our 1 hour server setup is out of stock, so each server takes 72 hours to setup (3 days). and once i come online to send the server info thats already 4 days.

Ya, I know that, but my dedicated's take about 12 hours to setup But if they're out of stock then that would explain it!

Yeah 5 days is a bit excessive to have a server set up.. One of my data centers guarantee a 24 hour set up and if it can not be set up in 24 hours the next month is have off..

They guarantee this too as it took 36 hours one time as they were out of processors for that particular server, and sure enough my next month was half price..

So look around there are options out there with great prices as well

That comment doesn't excuse you from the questions. You CANNOT get cPanel without WHM running behind it. cPanel is part of WHM, the 2 are exclusive to each other.
