Dedicated server panel to sell Vps

    I plan to buy a dedicated server and create some vps for sellinig.What is the best and easiest panel to do this?

    What i will need?

    If you want to setup low cost VPS then you can go for HyperVM with OpenVZ. I think license for HyperVM is free for 5 VMs (Virtual Machine).

    If i get this compination how many vps i can add in a server like:

    xeon cpu 4gb ram and 100mb dedicated speed?
