Buying Dedicated Server or XEN VPS

    I'm looking for a good Dedicated Server or XEN VPS Offer for ~$40 or less; I need the following for the server specs:
    CPUs: 2 Cores
    Minumum of RAM: 1024 MB
    Hard Disk: 30GB or more is ok
    Connection: 100Mbps
    Bandwidth: Unmetered or ~1TB

    Budget can be raised a little bit that depends on the offer, Also thats without Cpanel....

    Have a look at dedicated servers which serverppoint, hosgator and webcs companies provide.
    There are many dedis of different configurations and prices from them and you are able to choose the best one for yourself.
    Moreover their support is quality and uptime is high.

    Its best you go for a good VPS. With your budget you can find a VPS with good specs.

    Dual core is a must?

    Single core servers could fit within that budget, but dual is pushing it.
