Dedicated server needed!

    I'm in need of a dedicated server
    Price must be acceptable, 60-80$.

    Or a good VPS.


    I need some decent traffic, it's for a download server for my rapiddownloader (rapidshare generator).
    I would need 1 TB traffic per month.

    Server specs:
    - It should do good with 1 TB traffic, only 1 or 2 sites will be hosted...
