Dedicated Server for Proxy Site

I just launched my proxy site, instantunblock.com, around a week ago and for the last 3 days straight, my number of pageviews has doubled. I will finish today with over 13,000 page views and 500 visitors.

I am trying to budget out the site's needs. At what point (in terms of number of visitors a day or pageviews) will I need to get a dedicated server?
Right now I'm using a shared plan on proxywebhost.com.

What are some good dedicated server providers that allow proxies? I know most of them don't.

I appreciate any insight anyone has to offer.

Yes, you are correct! Most of the dedicated servers wouldn't allow you to host proxies, but surely untill the proxy server bypasses lots of traffic (like 100K) DC wouldn't take any headache about that.
I would recommend you a Pentium D server with Softlayer (Default Configuration) or a Pentium 4 HT server with FDCServer. These two i experienced the most quality server providers with the best hardware on the market.

    Regards
