Hej guys, I want to share some info´s i have made searching for a hosting provider ending purchasing a dedicated server. I had to search for a dedicated server provider because i got banned at hostgator.com due to ram-overusage, aMy next choice was that i signed up with a VPS-provider (infinitie.net, $35/m, 1,5gb ram, 20gb space, 100gb traffic). it was good, but the servers had a lot of problems and my sites were slow, althought they did not completely used the available ram. At a hosting forum, i heared about ta hosting provider called "joesdatacenter", which is run and owned by the forum-member joe itself. I decided to give it a try. So i signed up for the "amd phenom 9650 quad core", 4gb ram, 500gb hd, 1,500gb transer plan which includes 5 ip´s. the control panel runs directadmin. my review so far is that i am hosting with them for three 8 weeks and i am very happy. no big downtimes, the speed is okay (got 350kb down-speed when downloading a file, my maximum is 400kb). will stay with them, when they stay that good. Name of the used hosting company(ies): JoesDataCenter.com Description of service(s) used: AMD Phenom 9650 Quad Core How long have you been using the service(s): 8 weeks Pros: price - never found a that cheap dual-core server with at least 4gb ram. a free control panel is included. stability, powerful servers support - its awesome. althought i did not had any issues to bother the support, you can even contact joe through msn and have a chat.
