BT Wholesales Provider icukhosting.co.uk broke there contract with us they are now charging us £100 per setup for dedicated servers we are not sure why this happened but it is out of our companies hands.

Any customers that have made a VALID payment to us such as yourself ruby90 have been offered a FULL refund. tsensless has also been contacted with our deepest apologies letting him know that it is not our companies fault and that ICUKHosting BT Wholesales provider have violated there contract and we will be seeking legal action against this.

Also as a gesture of good will I have offered both customers our Platinum Hosting plan free of charge.

This also comes with free broadband.

I suppose not but even still this is a violation of there contract not ours. There was nothing in AUP or TOS which suggested we could not sell at our prices.

Once again my deepest apologies to you both.

Fair enough.. let me know if any other deals pop up in the future.. Don't worry about the hosting stuff, I honestly didn't even need this box.. It was more of an impulse buy. Thank you though.
