Dedicated root Server USA

    Hi,

    I'm from europe but need a Server located in the USA because most of my users are there.
    Please recommend a few good and cheap USA-based companies :)

    Server data:
    Opteronâ„¢ 165 (dual-core) or better
    Plesk 8.0
    Hardware-RAID1
    More than 1000GB traffic included
    RecoveryManager
    Remote Console
    100% FTP-Backup
