    My website has an dedicated IP (123.123.123.123)
    How to permanent redirect visitor accessed IP to hostname (www.mydomain.com)?
    Example if visitor visit
    http://123.123.123.123 will be redirect to http://www.mydomain.com
    http://123.123.123.123/aboutus.html will be redirect to http://www.mydomain.com/aboutus.html
