    Hello there,

I have purchased my domain name from godaddy.com while web-hosting for my domain from hostnine.com. I want to purchase a Dedicated IP for my domain BUT I dont know from where I can get it.

Are Dedicated IPs provided by Hosting-Providers OR Domain-Registrars OR Both ??

P.S. I would prefer to get dedicated ip from my domain-registrar because if i will have it from hosting-provider and then changing my hosting-provider will change ip.

A dedicated IP will be provided by your hosting provider only. They are not transferrable to other hosts.

You will have to order dedicated IP from your webhosting provider, domain registrar won't help you with dedicated IPs. There's no other option for you other then your webhosting provider anda if you change host certainly IP will get change which is fine and won't hurt your website.

IP addresses are assigned to any company which has its own virtual servers, dedicated servers or any kind of networking devices. So you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to how much will cost you to have a dedicated IP?
