I want to install cPanel and zamfoo on VPS but no control panel on dedicated server. I only want OpenVZ on dedicated server to sell VPS. Is it possible?

Also seeking a server admin who can do the above mentioned tasks.

If you don't know how to run a production OpenVZ/XEN server, I wouldn't recommend it...you'll get in over your head pretty quick!

Look for a good server admin who can do XEN/OpenVZ.

I am getting a server from a datacenter with no Operating system or control panel installed. I need that someone train me how to install Cent OS 5.3 64 bit. I want to sell VPS on this server. Do I need to install HyperVM with OpenVZ or only OpenVZ?

To be honest enough if you do not have knowledge on linux it is not recommended to sell VPS purchasing your dedicated server. The control panels merely do not do 100% of the job. There will be instances when you will fail to meet customers satisfaction because there are many issues which can not be solved by control panel and requires linux knowledge. Providing VPS hosting is not just a 'click n do' kind of stuff. If you have a permanent system administrator though, you should not have problems.

Only merely installing OPenVZ is of no use at all to sell a VPS. I will recommend you to first google and learn stuff.

I second this. You should only try to sell vps if you have good knowledge on linux.

For zamfoo you need cpanel control panel as well

Get SolusVM or vePortal. These are frontends for OpenVZ and they'll install OpenVZ for you.

Go for a managed dedicated server, nothing else will be better for your needs.
