Decrypt Shockwave Flash Object

i am trying to decrypt a shockwave flash object (swf) so i can edit the "clickable links" i do not know what software i need to do this, so i searched in google but could find anything. i wish it was easier and i can just edit it with notepad, but im sure its no possble so does anyone know how to?

i also know some html/php editing so i think its not going to be that hard.

ah, so ill need to convert my swf file into an fla format the way it was first made, am i right?

so what can i do with fla format, i already have adobe cs studio. can i start editing the fla file from there?

 

You will need Macromedia Flash program to edit or create flash files, which is a whole different program to learn.
