Dear Members, To make a long story short: -Release Date of my website: February 8 -First 4 weeks low visits, low pageviews, but medium adsense revenue -> My humble assumption: Increase revenue by adding up more Adsense text- and visual banners. ->Week 5-6 has gone really bad. I mean not only bad, I'm talking about only 2-3% of what has been generated in the weeks before. ->Questions? Is google selling less because of too many banners? Is google not counting my clicks at all? Is google rating my clicks poorly as 85% of clicks and visits are coming from one country? ... I would be very pleased if someone experienced could have a look at my webpage for 2min to let me know what I'm doing wrong. Has your ctr changed, or just the amount earned for each click. There are a few factors here. 1. The more ads you have on your page, the larger price range per click is available to be had. I would figure out which ads on each page is being clicked the most, and try removing the others on the page for a week or 2 and see what happens. When it comes to adsense, it's all about test, test, and test to see what works best. 2. The economy. Depending on what niche your site is, the amount advertisers have been paying has dropped substantially lately (either that or google is keeping more of a % of the profits). Over the last 2+ months my eCPM has been dropping every week, but over the last 2 weeks it has been cut in half. Dire times are here.
