    It looks like I've hit a wall.

    I've been listed #4 for quite a while now. Many, many months.

    After viewing my site compared to the top 3 it looks like I have just too many pages. My site does have a tremendous amount of content. Is this hurting me?

    I can't imagine getting rid of areas on my site, and it would appear the amount of backlinks I would need to move higher than 4 is too huge.

    By my calculations, to have the same ratio of backlinks to pages in GG I would need 674,590 backlinks!

    I would not consider getting rid of content pages. I do not think you will see any improvement from that move.

    Content is the King, don't get rid of it. This will help you long term. It might be building a #1 for you that nobody else would be able to beat.
