Has anyone else experienced a drop in Yahoo SERPs since yesterday? Several of my sites dropped from page 1 to pages 3 and 4 for competitive keywords.

One of my sites just fell off the face of Yahoo! Dunno why. It was a front page one, too. Bummer.

Same here. Had a co-op page drop allot.

I don't think it's the co-op as much as pages that seemed to be highly/over optimized seem to be suffering.

Looks like I'm going up in yahoo, my backlinks and pages indexed have only increased along with my SERPs in this last update. My Pages in the Co-op have done better then the ones out of it.

Yeah, I hope this is only temporary. A lot of the results ahead of me for some of my terms is all duplicate content and spammy pages. I noticed one site had 6 different pages from one site listed in order ahead of me and all redirected to the same thing.

It's just irritating to work my -ss off building sites and trying to create something useful and have this happen more often than not.

Agreed guys, I woke up this morning and I saw that they made a new change...and the result is pretty screwed up, last week's update was fine and most sites were deserving their rank but now...wow sucks :)
They even somehow fucked up the index page of one of my sites...which of course doesn't make me feel that happy right now :D
And im not using the Co-op at all on any site....so it is probably not related.

I hope it is just another up and down like they use to have but really sometimes I wonder with Y! Clearly less quality in this morning's index.

Its all in page. They just turned the On page SEO knob too high.

On one of my sites my keywords don't get spammed(so far..) and its holding its places and going up on others.

2 of my sites their keywords get spammed a lot (wonder why, theres no money in one of them!!).

those 2 went way down today and what we have in place? scrapper and spam

My Yahoo rankings are doing as they normally do; it is my Google ranking which have fallen off the planet. I just redid my site, thinking I would rank higher in Google, but lo and behold, I am floating in outer space somewhere.
Thank goodness I am at least getting some visitors from Yahoo and MSN, but I need some hits from Google too, boo hoo hoo

My yahoo rankings have fluctuated a ton recently--past week maybe?
For the most part good, but...a few frustrating things also.

I droped down on some major keywords. But I still can't tell what is the reason.

4 days before the major update I started a co-op campaign and on 1st of April my ranking went up, up, up.
3 days ago I made some significant changes to my site. And now my ranking is worse than it used to be before the update. I guess I've no luck with making changes to my site few days before updates take action

Has Yahoo lost their mind? They've got scraper pages replacing top results for competitive keyword phrases. Maybe they've need to increase their PPC revenue. Sigh....

The problem is that I have to decrease my PPC costs when this occurs not increase them. I spend out about 70-75 cents of $1 I earn in site revenues from PPC. Natural search helps me bring my costs down while increasing my bottom line. Thus I can spend more than I normally would for severely overpriced competitive keywords.

Funnily enough, me too. Better search position, more revenue, higher PPC spending. Drop from the SERPs, lower revenue, less available for PPC.

One of the sites I have that I'm too busy to actively build links for (about 8 months old) suddenly shot up to #1 on yahoo out of nowhere for a fairly competetive term. It also shot up to #6 on a very competitive term (out of 10 mill results).

Considering the site has very few BL's , the only thing it has going to it is age and maybe the 30 pages of content.

Funny thing is the site i build links for daily and is less competitive is only #4
