Declined application - can I request again?

Since I'm new in CJ, I want to ask CJ expert here.
Can I apply again after my application automatically declined by advertiser of CJ?

And what makes they reject my application automatically?
    Thanks

Yes, you can, I usually wait a few months especially after I have built up my Performance.

So, it's based on performance, not based on my site and which country I live?

I don't know for sure that it's based on performance level I just seem to get approved to more when my level is higher.

But yes your site and country also has something to do with it as well.

For instance, I run an incentive site so some advertisers will auto decline me based on that.

With this, many advertise won't accept me forever.
Is there any way to cheat our country location? :)

No, you cannot lie about where you are located.
