Decline in Economy= Less Traffic

I've heard an economic climate like we're experiencing at the present time may actually help entrepreneurs looking to start a small business. Do you think this is true, particularly for online businesses?

 

There are pros and cons. If you have capital though and a willingness to spend it if you judge the bottom correctly you can make out well.

 

Kinda seems like traffic would rise as nobody can afford to drive anymore. Plus TV is nothing but commercials, at least you can get less commercials watching crap online. Anyway... as the economy dips, bandwidth costs will rise. Less sites will prevail.

Surely the traffics decrease due to fall in Economy.

But some sites providing financial services or debt consolidation services must be in demand during such situations.

So its not like every sites experience declining traffic.
