There is someone advertising on my site, and probably others like my nich with a deceptive title,
is this allowed for you adwords guys?

I feel like a douche having this guys ads on my site but the CTR on his ads are high.

It's just an advertisement. He's wasting his money if he has a deceptive title that is gaining clicks without providing him any targeted traffic. His fault if you ask me, and you are the one benefiting from it. I'd keep my mouth shut and reap the benefits if I was you. I'm jealous! ;)

Where the hell do you get that? They say if your ad advertises X your site better deliver X...I've reported several of these. Dollar...send Google the text of the ad and the site that it goes to.

Unless lack of conversions is being tracked in which case there is the possibility of the dreaded smart-pricing. Additionally, there is loss of image on your site...people may start to distrust the ads which would be a negative. Maybe some bucks in the short term but long term....
