Decent Site Good Page Rank Excellent Traffic

I am looking for a decent site,good page rank, and one that has excellent traffic.I have been looking for quite sometime and have not found the"right site"

these can include gaming sites, traffic exchanges,software selling sites (provided you own the source code) and it is included. also hosting sites that have many existing customers or any other kind of service oriented site such as selling traffic,or a established ecommerce business or even a ebay store that might be for sale.

I would need income/traffic stats for the past 6 months, as well as referrer information so I can see where your traffic comes from.
