I just wanted to suggest hotmail, but it places some of the @domain.com emails into the junk folder.. same with yahoo.

I'd suggest you use your own domain and synchronize it with outlook/thunderbird. Why do you want to change to a 3rd party(do you want one email address to check mails from multiple domains?)

Just use hosting email accounts as they are secure & reliable:)

No offence but outlook / thunderbird are not online email providers, i..e access from anywhere if im not mistaken?

I dont really like the software that comes with hosting email accounts but seems a viable option
