    IP rental .com is a great source. Around $50 a month. Solid performance. Good luck.

    you need a dedicated proxy. google it and you will find plenty of sources ;)

    u need clean proxy source. You should buy proxies from a decent places and take care they are not shared. If you are willing to pay u can find many sources. just google

    Any proxy PHP script will work.
    Also there's quite a lot of free "sock5" proxies out there and some servers.
