Decent HelpDesk System?

I need a customer support system with a tickets, and knowledge base, live chat isn't necessary.

So far the only one I've liked is Omnistar Live, but it seems slightly clunky.

    Any recommendations?

I have been using Mantis (http://www.mantisbt.org) as a bug tracker. I also found OTRS (http://otrs.org) the other day which is a ticket system. Both are open source.

Let us know what you end up using.

I have been using eGroupWare - Enterprise Collaboration
It has a trouble ticket system and lots more.
Not sure how it compares to the others.
