    i guess we're just having fun over here...
    if you're really serious abt buying it... it wont be less than $1500 because its gives me a solid $150/$180[and its only increasing....I am confident abt the fact that it will give twice as much as its giving right now but after a month or 45 days] per month..so Monthly earnings x 10 = $1500 ...if ur interested pm me...

    You need proofs to back up your facts. Why don't you keep the site for another 2 months and get it to $350/month and come back in 2 months to sell it for $2500. Most of the time, people sell their sites because they can't make more money with it.

    How long have you site been established? The site need a little age if you want to sell it for that high. If your site has only been established for 1.5 months, then you won't get much for it. Keep making money with it and sell it for a higher price when you constantly make $350/month with it.

    I'm just trying to help you out by telling you the truth, most people here at DP will only buy if they see hard proofs. $1500 is a lot of money for most people and no one wants to waste it.

    Perhaps because when they request the info, they are expecting the information to support what you have established in your first thread. Your thread says the site makes $150 a month, but the screenshot shows $46... and it only shows the end of last month and beginning of this month. Why? Why not show all of last month and the beginning of this month? People are asking for information because they also do not want to blindly pay $1500 on a site which they do not know the url to and do not have substantiated proof that it is really making $150/month. And 10+ months earnings is usually applied to established, aged sites (the older and more established the site, the more months usually asked). Otherwise, you are lucky to get 6 months earnings around here.

    If you are so confident it will make you the profits you boast, then keep it another 45 days or so and make even more money with it. If it's making $150+ a month, it's surely making enough profit to pay the hosting so keeping it should be no problem for you and you can make even more money on the sale by having concrete support of your claims.
