Is anyone else having trouble getting a car rental affiliate that works in Canada? Most of the established sites seem to use cartrawler but it seems to be unresponsive - I submitted my two sites to them months ago and heard nothing, and keeping the odd follow-up email but don't hear anything. Anyone else got one they could recommend? Looking for one that supplies a searchbox.
