Selling Decent Affiliate Marketing Blog

Hello everyone,

I am looking to sell my affiliate marketing blog located at Affiliatehat.com. The site's age is less than a year and it has 17 posts and over 100 comments. The site also has a pagerank 1.


TRAFFIC:
There is very little to no promotion done on this site. Most traffic came from other blogs related and some are organic. Most came from US and Australia. Then some on other Asian countries. I would upload the traffic screenshots shortly.

SITE'S DESIGN:
The blog is using the Ultimate Blogging Theme, usually retailed @ $97. I also had a customized logo and custom banners done by my designer for it...

MONETIZATION:
The site has a minimal earnings due to the fact that it was not really intended to be monetized as much.. There were times it got advertisers but other than that,there's no other way.

ADD-ONS:
Twitter - I have set up an account @ twitter.com/affiliatehat, currently it has over 1000 followers.

OIO Publisher Plugin - OIO is a plugin used to automate the process of direct advertising. The license of it usually cost $47. A great tool!

Feedburner and Technorati - The blog has about 20 subscribers.

Conclusion:

The blog is a good brandable blog and I guess it's just on a matter how the new owner would manage it. If the blog's BIN and Reserve is met, Im going to hand out all, including the premium themese and plugins... All in all, you are getting a lot of bonus for buying the blog.
