So if I put the word "ca lemon law" on a blank webpage with one google adsense advert on and got someone to click it for me I would receive $32.85? Surely this can't be true?
This is the amt the advertiser is paying Google but you never know how much is Google is paying you...
Those prices you see are the maximum values that advertisers will pay. But there are several variables to consider: Remember that advertisers never pay the maximum, they pay a value just above the second-highest bid That's what they pay Google, it's not what you get as an AdSense publisher Advertisers can (and usually do) pay more for ads on Google's own pages, what they pay for ads on AdSense publisher sites can be far less Smart pricing can reduce the amount that advertisers pay (and that you make) drastically if it turns out that your sites don't lead to many conversions There's more competition for these high-paying keywords Caveat emptor....
Not if your web server dies at the start of the campaign and all the clicks bounce. Not Googles fault, so obviously you pay. Imagine 10,000 ct's and nothing to show for it Plus, you do here tales of folk going bankrupt because they bid silly money on keywords and the orders never come close to the AdWord bill at the end of the month. Out of interest, the highest bid I've heards of is around $520 for "yahoo domains". No wonder Google shares are up to $400 eh. Wish I'd got into them when they were floating under $40. Ah well, I'm have hexed them if I had. .
If in google search I see lots of adsense advertises for some keyword I can suppose that click on my page with this keyword will be expensive. Am I right? For example, for "ca lemon law" I see more then 11 advertises.
Not necessarily. If the bottom guy is bidding .01, the guy on top could actually be bidding only .15. Chances are they're a little more spread out, but even 11 advertisers and they could all be paying under $1 to AdWords.
A lemon law is a law that protects people from purchasing a junk product, most usually an automobile. Check out more info on my lemon law site... oh, wait a minute, nevermind...
Lemon law... cool. Anyways, these won't work because many webmasters are going to make sites based around these keywords increasing competition and decreasing PPC. Get your own keywordS!
these lists are junk some attorney for lemon laws may have his max bid set at 32$ but in all actuallity he isnt paying a fraction of that.. all he is doing with that high of a max bid is securing he will be displayed first. These keywords are the downfall of new adsense publishers.. if you think that you seen this post here in this forum with thousands of people looking at it,, then you got others who have posted the same thing in other forums,, and now you have a few keywords that have now peaked the interest of 1000's of newb webmasters. And the cycle continues... Research your own niches and dont use these keyword lists as they 99.9% of the time will not result in any decent money.
