debugging software?

    Is there a freeware, shareware or commerical product that will help in debugging errors and flow problems. I asked because I had to ask because I have been banging my head against issues for the last week, and my project is due on Friday.

    One is my php is not loading .jpgs into a folder even though the code look right. IU also had issue with having a style in more than once (thingking I could do this ) for two separate section but found the 1st style cause a distortion of the 2nd. (My Course TA found it for me.)
