debts and loans effective marketing

Hi I am looking for some advise on how to effectively and positively market a new site that offers people debt consolidation and loans, now i am aware that this is one of the toughest markets to rank for but it is my aim to be on the first page of google.com but mainly .co.uk (no url supplied at this point)

My budget in not an issue i have thousands to spend on this over time as i want to be sure that every penny spent is accountable for its roll it plays in marketing this site.

Do any of you top search marketing gurus have any tips to help me along the way.

You can try to find a niche keywords and position them as best as you can.

 

If you budget is enough, you shall spend it out like ebay did at the starting point, that's advertisement covers every corner of the world, in TV, magzines, newspapers, etc.

If your budget is not that enough, you can think buy some links from Financial or similar websites, try some google Adwords, links in directories, and in higher PR and similar websites, etc. And also give some money to SEO service company to help promote your website.
