    Hi,

Can I lose my home if I can't afford to pay my debt on Moorcroft? What will I do?

    Please help me...

I imagine you could. No manufacturer likes being ripped off.

    Or is it these guys?

I have some experience with British seizure laws and they cannot seize your home nor are they allowed to even threaten you with that. What they can do however is to ruin your credit rating. I suggest strongly that you phone this number: 0800-368-8133. Good luck to you with all and try your best to keep the stress level down.

Unsecured debts are not secured against an asset, but if you fall seriously behind with your payments, Moorcroft can apply to the court to secure your loan against your home. So do not ignore that, you have to do something

Yes under Moorcroft but still mild. Now it's ok. This what I found via google scottishtrustdeed.co.uk

I hope to resolve your issue with your debt.
