Debit VISA gift cards.

    I got a debit VISA gift card, the ones that you go to the store, pick out $25, $50, and $100 and purchase. Well, it doesn't work with paypal because Paypal requires identification from the card, name address, zip code, phone. It does work with Google check out.

    Anyway, I'm trying to get those $100 from my gift card into my paypal account, how would I do that?

    I am afraid that you might not be able to receive money form the prepaid card.

    its only online purchase. You can not withdraw money from that. An ATM/CC/Debit cards only work for this kind of work.

    You obviously can not withdraw money from ATM with a prepaid gift card.

    Just like gift hampers and vouchers cannot be exchanged for money, the same applies to these gift cards. You can only use them for purchase but cannot be cashed in.
