Hello. I have money in my paypal account to order something online, but paypal said that seller needs to confirm the buyer's address via credit card or debit card. If I was to use my father's debit card, would it charge the money off his debit card or my paypal account. Also, when you add a debit card to paypal, does it charge the debit card or paypal account for adding the card?

To complete the Use Expander Program, they will need to make a small charge of about US$1.95 to your card. There you will need to view the credit card statement to get the Use Expander Program code which you will need to type into your account. The $1.95 will be added to your Paypal funds.

If your father has the same name as you, you should be able to use it.

Of course, you need to ensure that the Debit card is a VISA or Mastercard. Some VISA Electron card does not work with Paypal.

You need debit/credit card with your name on it, registered with the same address with your paypal acct, of course.
