Debit Card (VISA/MasterCard) loadable via ACH

    Hey ! I'm looking for a debit card (visa/mastercard) that I can load via ACH (PayPal, AlertPay...). This card should be available for people under 18 and non-us residents. Special reward for the one who will find something for me. Thanks

    Under 18 years old can be a problem because Paypal does not allow anyone under the ages of 18 to sign up in the first place.
