Hello , I recently ordered one debit card . It is from Payoneer. They accepted my order. And now already more than 22 days have been passed. Still i didn't get it ? I am from India. Below are my doubts -> Can i get payoneer card by Speed Post like Fedex ? -> Can i get any debit cards like mastercard or VISA card , without providing any IDs ? -> Can anyone tell me whether i can get epassporte card ? i have heard that epassporte members can send gift cards , so if anyone can do that then please help me. -> All i need is to get one debit card really fast , any idea , please help
If you need a debit card then you should not have gone for Payoneer. The most easiest and fastest way is to obtain it from Indian banks.

Actually, you are doing more work for getting a debit card. You can get a debit card easily by opening a bank account. What factors are preventing you from opening a bank account?
There are some international banks online that will provide you a card very quickly.... Can anyone recomend a good prepaid card provider? I'm currently mostly experienced with United States based prepaid debit cards.
You will inevitably need a bank account sooner or later and there isn't a better time to start one. It sure would make your life easier and you do not need to keep all your money under your bed. Is there a reason why you are secretive about your identity ? Because you are opting for a financial instrument, you need to give the issuing party a reason to trust you. If you cannot do that, how would they suppose that they would be able to do that.
I recently got my payoneer card delivered to me in around 15(business)days.if you want a faster option you need to load your card with CC/DC with 110$ for 3-5 day shipping or $120 for 1-2 day shipping or 80$ for 7-10day shipping via Fedex. I'm from india and i got it in 15 days. I would suggest you to wait or you need to pay extra. I see that you have already waited for 22 days so it will be waste of money to ask for fedex service right now. Hope this helps digiguy
Payoneer card took 22-23 days to reach me in India. BTW, almost all banks now offer free ATM cum debit card in India and even children can open account these days...so what's the problem?

@seo4china No they don't allow visa/master card payment unless the payee got visa money transfer options in their bank's back office. digiguy
Actually, although Payoneer allows people to top up your Payoneer account, it is neither fast or conducive to do so. Anyone who wants to pay you via payoneer would need to get their credit card authenticated for each transaction. And once authenticated, you only get your money 24 to 48 hours after that. The option is actually opened for people to load up their own card but of course you can have others load it up for you too.
These are really the two best options, I have not heard or seen anything better than these two for NON US citizens. Contact them use, Skype or reapply and hold on.
