    The appeal process could take between a month and two years. He will be hanged within 30 days of an appeal being rejected.
    So, we don't know yet.

    they cant execute him...i think history will change on march 07. north iraq still indistinct... kurdish people wanna setup new country.maybe we can see a new middleast war.israel and iran.

    On April 28th 2007 he becomes 70 years old. According to Iraqi law, persons over the age of 70 can't be executed.
