    Solution is, You Can upload Your funds 2co from Payoneer. your turnover minimum 500$ per month, you can open 2co Vendor Account, but you should have e-commerce website , 2co probihited lots of business. i dont know your business, read 2co FAQ ,before the account signup.

    Now payoneer is imposing restriction on private load. It means if your partner do not pay you then you cannot get private loads.
