i have unverified paypal account, in which i have 11.11$,
i want to rent reffrels of neobux,
but i cant transfer money from unverified paypal account to my neobux rental balance,

so , i want help,

is their any solution,

 

if they accept unverified paypal then u can deposit other wise its not possible

better u ask in neo bux site.

 

you must add your bank account to verify your paypal first

 

i think he is interested in spending that balance on neo referrals rather than verification.

 

well,It depends on the Country..Maybe his sending limits is ZERO

 

If your spending limit is zero, then the only solution is to verify paypal and then spend it anywhere...For verification simply add your bank a/c then verify it. Hope this helps.

 

i dont think so if he have sending limit zero then why he will accept payments to that account
