DealsInTheUSA.com consistently makes atleast $800/month.
I use adwords to drive traffic to it. It's been on auto for a little while now as I have been working on another project. It hasn't been updated since then and still brings in this kind of money.

If someone has the committment and drive, they could easily bring those numbers up...way up. (bradsdeals.com makes over $80,000/month doing the same thing)

The Adwords account I was using for this was closed by my a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago. (We started out partners, and used his credit card, but he never lived up to his work load/bargain - so I paid his CC but didn't give him any profits which ticked him off and he closed the account.)

I can prove my earnings from CJ.com but cannot prove my stats from Adwords. Nor can I give you the campaigns I was using to drive traffic. An experienced marketer will know how to do this anyways.

I need the money for another project I am working on and also don't have the time to properly update these sites. Otherwise, I would just keep them as they do bring in extra income every month.

DealsInCanada.com and DealsInTheUK.com are not and have not made any money as I haven't properly built them or advertised them, but these domains are included in the sale so you can build your empire.

DealsInTheUSA is a PR1, but i haven't done any SEO with it really. I just stuck up my links, drove traffic to it and made cash.

Any reasonable offers will be accepted. I don't want this to be a huge headache, nor do I want to let it go for too cheap. I'd be fine with keeping it really, I mean all I have to do is open another adwords account and voila, I'm making money again. I hope if it sells, the person who buys it can make a good go at it. It's worth it.

Do you have a screenshot of your traffic stats and a little more detailed revenue stats from CJ (eg. May 1 to May 31 and June 1 to present). Any income from adsense. And will you move and set-up the sites.

I can move the sites, no problem. Here's a quick screenshot of traffic:


May 1st to June 1st= $749.57
June 2nd to Today = $780.63
Adwords is now cut off though, so any more revenue is coming from repeat visitors, the cookies from the shops themselves, etc..

I don't have the time to change the links into yours, etc. It won't take that long to change over. A couple of hours at most.

What I did spend time on was researching keywords and such. I just wish I had a copy of my old campaigns to give you! What I do have is a copy kewywords elite so Ican help someone with the keywords if need be.

Also, some webmasters like to use internal links with a redirect. (example: Your Medifast links point to a folder on your server like this: ../getyourdeal/medifast.html) I did experimenting with this and using the actual affiliate link (see overstock and a few others on dealsintheusa) and I found it really didn't matter. So you can choose to set it up however you may like.

By the way, I'll include whatever hosting I have left so you won't have to move anything.

 

After a good sleep I realized it would be crazy to let this go. I mean, it makes me atleast $800 bucks a month just sitting there. LOL!!!

It's an afiiliate site dealing with CJ.com And some Linkshare.
It converts well through Adwords, I haven't even tapped Yahoo yet in this one and it makes me approx $800/month gross (Net is usually between $500 and $600 depending on how many clicks you get)

Point is, with a little work, you could me making atleast $500/month in no time at all.

This is a Joomla site with easy editing, etc... so you can change your links into your own, change the look or do whatever else you want to do.

I'll take anything over $500 to make a quick sale. I need the cash!

who add the deals? how are the deals added? how much does it cost to run it?

 

Has Google Adwords "quality score" affected your site and its ability to make a profit? ie are you having to pay a minimum of 0.50-10.00 per click...

 

Yep, but I currently don't have an adwords account. Otherwise, I probably would keep it. I'd just throw it on auto like before.
But now however, I don't have the means to get an adwords account at this moment in time so it's just sitting there and I honestly don't know when I'll be able to get one.

I'm also losing a lot of money on another campaign I had which no one was using. Believe me, I checked and double checked everyday to see if I had a competitor and there never was one. I consistantly made netted over $40 a day minimum.

I'll give this info away to the buyer so at least he's making money while he is setting up dealsintheusa to be his own.

No, the google score was good, after my first two weeks I rarely paid more than .12 cents a click. I guess it's all fine tuning, etc...
