dealnews ecommerce template

i am a big fan of the website dealnews dot com. i also really like their website set up. would it be possible to create something similar? What CMS are they using? Where can I find a clone?

Minus the redirect option. I want to keep the option of checking out and selling on my site.

or may be like this www(dot)smarterdeals(dot)com (was sold too)
