Dealing with wordpress tags

    I am trying to find a way to pull up wordpress tags inside of a post. What I am doing is making musicians profiles on a music news site and on there pages want to make a way that will pull up lets say the past 4 posts/stories they were tagged in as "recent news". I have yet to figure out how to do this and any help would be great.

    This may help me some but what I was more looking for is it to show up as "Recent News" and under it it would show up just like the actual tag page where it shows snippets of the story etc.
