I've noticed so many people getting burned with domain sales and other transactions.

Why not have a section on DP solely for us to be able to post the scammers id/accounts for their registrar(s) and paypal/epass/money booker/etc accounts?

Then we could do a search before buying or selling..

The main reason for the suggestion is because you know these scammers are just signing up for a new DP account after they have been banned (and even if their ip was banned they could just use a proxy). Their financial account usernames would be far more difficult to change and might discourage them from bothering with DP and move on to another forum to do their dirty deeds.

To list the scammers accounts, the bad deal would have had to of happened on DP and some type of proof of the scam would be required (screen caps of payment or something) along with a link to the thread they stole from (basically to limit a "free for all" and to limit people of making false accusations).

So far I have been lucky (knock on wood), but reading all of the scamming that has gone on makes me paranoid and I've gotten super anxious in the past when on two different occasions someone i sent money to disappeared after sending them the money and reading the PM.. only to find out they just had connection issues lol..).

I dunno.. maybe I'm nuts.. what do you think? (not about me being nuts, but about the suggestion LOL)

First thing that would happen would be someone would post a fake scammer report because they didn't like someone else's comment / opinion / hair / etc.

So, the idea has been mooted before but as Peter says, 'it ain't gonna happen.'
