    It is very hard to do a civil case here (canada) as everything takes a long time. I have a had a civil case in court now for 2.5 years. I was awarded the money and everything, only to have them appeal it. Then they never followed any of the steps and yet the courts still let it drag on for another 14 months!

    The court system is designed to make lawyers rich. Nothing else.

    I'm a reputable programmer and i've done many coding jobs for people here and it sucks to hear that people scam you :( Hope that the companies will code the application(s) that you paid for, even with less features.
