I recently made a post in the "Buy, Sell or Trade" topic regarding wanting to buy some links. A user named adiadi81 messaged me back with an offer. Unfortunately this person lied in their message. When I busted them on the lie, they became very angry and used abusive language towards me. This person continues to send messages filled with foul language. Now they have gone and given me negative itrader feedback despite the fact that we never completed any deals to warrant itrader feedback. What can be done about this? I know I can add this person to my ignore list, but what about the negative itrader feedback? I thought itrader feedback was only for completed deals. How can I report this person's abusive messages?

If you started a deal with someone and then pulled out of it, they can leave you iTrader (just like if someone wins and auction and then changes their mind and decides not to pay).

We don't moderate the details of private business dealings (as in, we don't make determinations as to whether or not someone lied to you, as they may say the problem was on your end). Foul language alone via PM isn't enough for us to get involved. If the other user is threatening you or blatantly attacking you in some way, forward it to a moderator who's online, and they'll react as they see fit. In the meantime, put them on your ignore list so you don't have to deal with them moving forward.
