Dealing with Duplicate Content Submissions

    I get so tired and aggravated at people who submit multiple sites with duplicate content, I'm considering a new tactic .... changing the title, leave the url, alter the description:

    For example:

    Some people are so blatant, that they literally submit them all back to back - so I've deleted all but one and altered the description as above.

    Fair game or am I being too rough?
