Dealing with competitors falsehoods

We have a competitor that boasts of being the largest retailer in our online retail space. We stock and sell almost twice as much as them. We know this because we deal with the same suppliers, have data from Internet Retailer, know their warehouse square footage, and know a good bit about their SEO and SEM. We are very confident that we are about twice there size.

I am so tempted to point our size and their lies using Adwords or some other method. What would you do if a competitor had an ad like the one below?

Industry is changed to protect the guilty.

thats a tough problem - I would use ad words to target a broader range of keywords - or just beat them at seo

Oh, we beat them on both SEM and SEO. They do get traffic and some of it might be persuaded by there false claim.

Mostly it's just irriitating for me and I want to the truth regarding the actual company sizes.

My suggestion is not to go head on on your site, get some bloggers in the industrial niche to talk about it, it will pay off, and should cost you pennies compared to possible gain.
