I have recently been approached by an advertising / seo broker asking about the feasibility of their client placing a cpm banner on my site, which is nice. However, to date I have only every dealt with companies directly and have never dealt with a middle man / broker before. I know the company that is advertising, but I only vaguely know the broker. Can anybody give me any advice on what to watch out for etc etc.
