i loved the show, and this was more addicting i think than "who wants to be a millionaire" was when it started
Bah, I hate it. I hate the way Noel always insists that there's a skill element involved to try and portray some depth into it. How the hell can people have a gameplan when 'opening boxes'? You can't, it's 100% luck. It's only unemployed people with nothing to do who are contestants anyway, noone else has that kind of time to spend, appearing daily for weeks on a show. I also hate the way that the contestants pussy out half way and get like £12,000 or something, when it turns out they could've got £25,000... and Noel drops the killer line of 'You did the best deal available at the time for you', ya, maybe because that was the only deal available at the time? Why are you trying to make them feel better? I don't want to see smiles all round. It's not good TV. Not to mention the people who open the boxes, they're the worst... they think they've just killed the contestants mother when they open the £250,000 box.
